Reviews and Ratings
We only spent a night at the hotel, and while it had some great aspects, there were a few drawbacks too. The room was airy and bright, but the extra beds felt a bit wobbly. The breakfast was decent, especially for a comparable place, but the dining area could have used better air conditioning. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the trendy Shmeisany area, although crossing the busy street can be frustrating. Overall, it's a perfectly fine place, just manage your expectations accordingly.
My friends and I had a fantastic experience staying here! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and trendy, and the staff went above and beyond to help us plan our adventures in Jordan. However, I did notice that the Wi-Fi reception was a bit erratic at times, and crossing the busy street nearby could be tricky. Overall, if you're looking for excellent service and comfort, this hotel is a great choice.
My stay was quite frustrating due to the overall lack of maintenance and responsiveness at the hotel. The location is decent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, but the room was far from satisfactory and the services did not meet expectations. With a variety of options in the area, I recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking a comfortable stay.
I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. The rooms felt extremely outdated and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The location was decent but that was about it. The breakfast was limited and not what I expected from a place that claims to be four stars. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location in Shmaisani was fantastic, surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat and explore. The hotel's amenities were reasonable for a four-star rating, but I encountered several issues that made my stay less enjoyable, particularly regarding service and cleanliness.
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, bright, and spacious, which I really appreciated. However, the breakfast options left much to be desired, as many items were not fresh. On a positive note, the location is convenient, and there's easy access to nearby dining options, though crossing the busy street can be tricky.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On the one hand, the royal suite was spacious and well-lit, and the staff were professional. However, the air conditioning struggled in the heat, and the erratic Wi-Fi reception was frustrating. The breakfast was decent, but the busy street outside posed challenges when trying to cross to the nearby area filled with restaurants.
